Destiny Preview
Without a doubt one of the biggest games of this year's E3 was Destiny, the first new IP from Bungie in over a decade. None of us knew what to expect as we all waited in line to enter Bungie's private theater. We were showered with swag such as T-shirts and stickers but the three hour wait still seemed like an eternity. Guess what? It was totally worth it. Bungie's Destiny is going to blow our socks off when it gets released next year, and I for one can't wait to start the adventure as soon as possible.

The Top 5 Video Games of 2013
From time to time, assessments are conducted as to which of the available video games are considered the best among the rest. In this article, the focus is on the ranking of the video games based on sales which is reasonable enough since the game with the highest sales is definitely the finest. Otherwise, it will not be patronized by the gamers themselves. Halfway through the year 2013, the NPD Group has released its rankings based on the sales reported by retail outlets for the period January to April. Below are the top 5 video games as reported by NPD Group.

Xbox One Controller Preview
With new systems come new controllersWe were first taken aback by the Nintendo's introduction of the Wiimote. Stunned by Sony's Eyetoy and played some really competitive matches on Kinect Sports. Though what the core gamers want is just your standard controller. We don't need motion controls to play games; we demand that we have something in our hand with thumbsticks and triggers. There aren't any Major League Gaming tournaments for Wii Sports, right?

The Best Gaming - Demon's Forge
As we move forward, so do the video games. There's a high risk that the old ones will be forgotten, that we could walk away from the elements of video games we once loved. Take a look at a game from your past that you once enjoyed, do you still enjoy it? Today, games are striving to be bigger, complete with sweeping narrative. At one point in gaming history, all you needed was a character with a tiny sword that sweeps back and forth. In the face of the huge gaming world, the older games have been forgotten by many.Let's take a look at Hunted: The Demon's Forge, this takes gamers back to the days of slicing and dicing enemies and walking through dark, spooky dungeons filled with unknown digital creatures. It has more in common with Hero Quest than it does Oblivion. Of course, there is a great storyline that goes along with it and the main part nests in putting co-op in the heart of gameplay (thank you for making it Co-op!). Hunted: The Demon's Forge is all about killing things in dark places.

History of video games can be dated back to 1940s when Thomas T.Goldsmith filed US patent requesting for invention that is described as "cathode ray tube amusement device". Until 1970s as well as 1980s, video games did not reach the frontend popularity when home computer games, gaming consoles, and arcade video games came for the general public. From that time onwards, video games gained in popularity as an excellent mode of entertainment as well as a section of modern culture worldwide. Titanfall Multiplayer Only
Respawn is composed of many of the previous developers of Infinity Ward. These developers created Call of Duty 2, Modern Warfare, and Modern Warfare 2. After leaving Infinity Ward, they created their own company called Respawn where they seek to revolutionize the FPS genre once again. With their newest title, TitanFall, they are not going to include a singleplayer, the reason being that the majority of people who play FPS games like Call of Duty spend the majority of their time playing multiplayer so it would be a waste of resources for such a small team to work on a campaign mode.

Forza 5 Preview
I have no idea why I like the Forza franchise so much. I'm really not that into cars or manufacturers. I could care less if I'm driving a Geo Metro or an Enzo Ferrari but when I play a Forza game I'm all of a sudden a car nut. I was extremely pumped to play the next generation's version, Forza 5. I waited in line at E3 for about an hour to check this one out and I'm happy to report that this game delivers. Racing fans and non-racing fans rejoice: this is a must have title for Xbox One's launch this November.

What Is the E3 Expo?
Every year at E3 huge games developers come to show off their biggest and best titles to the point at which they've been developed. Some games are still in the very early stages of development and only a small part of them can be shown as it has been specifically perfected for the E3 event. Everyone from the gaming media industry visits E3 and records every detail they can in writing until they return home where they can write a full report. All of these details are important for readers of gaming magazines and websites, and much of the industry's news is spread through this process of holding events and having journalists write about them.

How Important Are Villains in Video Games?
Video games would not really be something without having villains to cause hell and create the action. They are the characters that a player needs to consistently watch out for if he is to continue being in the game. There are different traits that are usually displayed by video game villains. Of course people will perceive them differently; some just love the roles played by villains. Of course Final Fantasy's Seifer brings a lot of tension into the game and so does Super Mario's Bowser. It goes without doubt that the kind of role that the villain plays is what determines the general feel of playing. The quicker and wicked he is, for example, the more keen you will have to be at protecting the victim; usually the main character.

What Is a Strategy MMO Game?
If you have heard the term strategy MMO game and are not certain what this is then you need to know that MMO stands for massive multiplayer online. This means that the strategy MMO game is an online PC game that has many people playing it at one time. You can actually interact with other players during the course of the game.
Maybe you remember back when Dungeons and Dragons was so popular. Dungeons and Dragons was a strategy game that had thousands of people participating in it, but the real fun was had when you could actually play with the other players in real time. A strategy MMO game works like the old Dungeons and Dragons in the fact that it has thousands of participants at once, but the difference is that online you have the ability to actually connect and interact with all of these players.
During the play of a strategy MMO game many people often develop friendships with some of the other players. The other people playing have something in common and they often try to be online at the same time as their friend so they can take part in the game together.

Crysis 3 Beta: Review
So I'm not really a huge Crysis fan. I never played the first one, I didn't even know about it until Crysis 2 started making the news. I did get a chance to play the multiplayer beta for that game and did enjoy myself in it, but I never did pick up the full game. But now I am really considering picking up Crysis 3 when it releases, the single player looks fun enough and the multiplayer is actually very entertaining!
